What are the responsibilities of a CAU in administering modules and qualifications?

CAUs have devolved responsibility, via the Module Team Chair, for the administration of modules during their development.

During the presentation stages, responsibility for the administration of modules passes to the relevant Programme (via the Programme Committee).

CAUs do not have overall responsibility for the administration of qualifications - these are administered centrally via the Curriculum & Qualifications Office.

See the Curriculum Management Guide for more information on the role of the Programme.
