Where can I find the module contacts list for current and planned modules?

A module Contact Person (CP) is the person who has been given update permission and responsibility for data on Planet about a particular module. In most cases the Contact Person will be the Curriculum Manager.

The Quick Links screen QL004 Module contacts summary (on the left hand side of the Planet Home page) is used to display key information for modules and CPs, including module lives, CP email and CP phone number contact details. QL004 can display only one module you are interested in, or to produce a list of such details depending on criteria that you choose. The results are displayed on screen and can be exported to Excel.

Before using QL004 to find a particular contact, you should be aware that:

• Each module’s CP is set up on Planet screen PL000 by the Curriculum Administrator for the relevant CAU.
• The Module Team Chair name is then set up on Planet screen PL000 by the relevant CP for that module.
• Modules that are not at status A6 or greater may still not ready to be advertised to Students or that it has not yet received a final stage of approval on Planet. QL004 will not display such modules.
• The Lead Programmes are taken from Planet screen PL002, which is maintained by the relevant CP.
