The intention to consider an extension to the published life of a module should be signalled as early as possible in the unit’s annual forward module plans. An extension to the life of a module should be considered by a module life review panel convened by the unit administering the module.
If the decision to extend a module's life is approved, then the extension should be recorded on Planet as soon as possible by using screen PL019 to record the new presentations.
