How do I change a temporary module code?

A temporary module code is often used by a deanery for a skeleton module record at the start of the module’s life. It is usually in a format where the last 3 characters are lower-case alphabetical characters (e.g. M2ab or K3xx). Eventually, a proper module code is required when the module arrives at A4 module edition status, if it is to be given University approval by the Curriculum & Qualifications Office. Once the code has been decided upon, use CS015 Amend module code to amend it. The screen will submit the change as an overnight run. If you need to have the module code updated immediately for a particular reason, contact the Planet Helpdesk.
