Some bought-in items are new to Planet but already have an edition number greater than 01. This means that you'll have to start off the item on Planet with a later edition than 01, so that the Planet edition number matches that of the actual item.
When using CS067 to create the item, a field called 'Item edition' appears on the screen. Use this to enter the edition number that you want the item to use from the beginning (e.g. 04 for edition 4). The field disappears in CS067 after you Save the record, but you will see it in the item edition-level screens.
